Hot protein Dip
- 2 x 90g SO VEGGIE SO WISE Veggie Mince
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp vegetable seasonings (or your favourite spices)
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Baking: Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the dip in a baking pan and heat for 15 minutes or until the dip is hot.
Microwave: Place the dip in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes or until the dip is hot.
3. Can be enjoyed with bread, crackers or raw vegetables.
